Jessica Hale-Summers

Jessica Hale-Summers

Business Development Manager

Jessica joined Royal Educare in April 2025 as Business Development Manager, driven by a genuine passion for people and a strong belief that great care starts with great support.

With a background in sales, customer service, and employability support, Jessica brings a people-first approach to everything she does. She’s known for building real relationships, listening carefully to what services actually need, and finding practical solutions that make life easier for care managers and teams alike.

What motivates Jessica most is seeing the right people in the right roles - supporting services to feel fully staffed, supported, and confident, while helping care professionals find opportunities where they can truly thrive.

Outside of work, Jessica loves reading and travelling, and is always planning her next trip. Fun fact: she got a parking ticket on just her second day of driving - proof that even the most organised people have their moments!

At Royal Educare, Jessica is always happy to chat, connect, and collaborate - whether you’re a service looking for reliable staffing support, or a care professional exploring your next opportunity.

Alex Williams

Alex Williams

CoFounder & Managing Director

My name is Alex Williams, and I am the co-founder at Royal Educare. As part of the leadership team, my main duties are to train, educate and inspire others to develop themselves, achieve goals and deliver the best possible recruitment and consultancy service on the market. I have a responsibility to the team to market Royal Educare and create an exceptional brand that tells our story to the world.

As a company, we have a purpose to not just deliver a great service to our clients, but to become a trusted partner, where we consultant and work together to build great businesses, surrounded by great people. We teach and implement processes to help our clients recruit and retain the best talent on the market and educate them to value and give recognition where it is deserved.

As a father to 4 children and partner to a beautiful fiancé – if anyone asks what is the most important thing in life? I say these 5 every time! I am a fitness fanatic and enjoy spending time at the gym or hiking large mountains across the country.

Victoria Beacham

Victoria Beacham

CoFounder & Managing Director

Before opening up the doors to Royal Educare with my brother Alex Williams, I worked in the health and social care and education sector for many years.

Not only do I have the hands on experience within the sector, I also went on to gain a BSc Hons Degree in Health and Social Care Management so I could further my knowledge and understanding to not be that "just a business owner" status you often find, but to be the best I can be.

We all need that work, family, and social life balance so I spend a lot of time with my family when at Home. However, a passion of mine is music. I spend a lot of my time lost in the world of music whether it be audio, live, gigs, festivals.... You will find me there!

Paul Beasley

Paul Beasley

Director of Operations

Paul has been with Royal Educare for over eight years and, as of August 2024, holds the role of Director of Operations. He is responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, keeping on top of the day-to-day operations and the constant hustle and bustle that comes with social care staffing.

A first-class honours graduate in Health and Social Care Management from the University of South Wales, Paul brings extensive sector experience, having worked in children’s residential care from a young age. This hands-on background gives him a strong understanding of the demands faced by both clients and candidates, allowing him to confidently source, headhunt, and retain the very best talent. Paul firmly believes that outstanding recruitment is more than just a service — it’s a partnership built on trust, consistency, and results.

Outside of work, Paul can usually be found watching football (come on the Bluebirds), playing football and darts — with documented evidence of many 180s — or in the pub putting the world to rights. At home, life is a little more unpredictable, often involving dodging Nerf gun bullets while dressed as a Disney princess with a full face of makeup (strictly family-related activities). Paul is a proud family man and values his family above everything else.

Ieuan Thomas

Ieuan Thomas

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Ieuan has been with the company for over five years and is a real success story, having worked his way up from the Kickstart scheme to Senior Recruitment Consultant. During that time, he has developed strong expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building long-term client relationships, and delivering reliable staffing solutions in fast-paced environments.

He is highly client and candidate focused, taking pride in understanding individual needs and matching the right people to the right roles. Ieuan is known for his consistent communication, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting both clients and staff every step of the way.

Outside of work, Ieuan is a proud dad to two young children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing pool and golf, watching football (a loyal supporter of the mighty Bluebirds), and throwing a few darts, where he regularly tells us he’s hitting 180s… proof still required.
