A little introduction to Paul:
"My name is Paul Beasley and since March 2022 I am now the Divisional Recruitment Manager at Royal Educare.
I am a Health and Social Care Management graduate from the University of South Wales with a first-class honour. I have vast experience working in the sector from a young age - working within children’s residential care. I am confident this has given me a great understanding of the demands of the social care, when sourcing and headhunting the ‘best talent’ for my clients roles. Outstanding recruitment is more than just a service, it is a partnership".

"I am really proud to see this milestone hit by Paul. Since the day he started at Royal Educare, I could see he had the 'can do attitude' and was going to lead a successful career in the world of social care recruitment. Paul did not have the easiest of rides with us. Within 12 months of starting out in recruitment, the world was hit by the pandemic, where Paul had to meet the demands of his candidates and clients, whilst being a family man to a wife and two children at home. This was no easy task, but Paul continued to thrive as well as begin to demonstrate leadership skills by mentoring & coaching other team members and assisting the directors with the day to day running of the business. We are thrilled to have such a valuable person on the Educare journey and I am confident Paul will continue to flourish and hit further career milestone in the months / years to come.
