Recruitment Partner - Bristol

As a Recruitment Partner, I thrive on the challenge of connecting with the perfect candidates, ensuring that both individuals and organizations find their ideal match.

Drawing from my unique perspective as a former user of social care services, having experienced supported housing during my teenage years, I possess an insider's understanding of the industry's intricacies and challenges. This first hand experience fuels my dedication to sourcing compassionate and capable professionals who can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Beyond my professional endeavours, I'm deeply passionate about music production, finding solace in long walks, and embarking on enriching travels with my fiancé. Together, we've explored over 60 countries, broadening our horizons and enriching our lives with diverse cultures and experiences.

In my spare time, I prioritize fitness and health, indulging in activities like hiking and running to rejuvenate my body and mind. This commitment to personal wellness reflects my approach to professional excellence, where I consistently strive to go above and beyond expectations.

Royal Educare stands out as an exceptional agency renowned for providing trusted, highly reliable, and skilled staff. With a background in recruitment, I take pride in my communication skills and commitment to upfront transparency. As part of our dedicated team, I am driven by a collective ethos of going the extra mile to achieve greatness, ensuring the satisfaction of both clients and applicants alike.

Victoria Beacham

Victoria Beacham

CoFounder & Managing Director

Before opening up the doors to Royal Educare with my brother Alex Williams, I worked in the health and social care and education sector for many years.

Not only do I have the hands on experience within the sector, I also went on to gain a BSc Hons Degree in Health and Social Care Management so I could further my knowledge and understanding to not be that "just a business owner" status you often find, but to be the best I can be.

We all need that work, family, and social life balance so I spend a lot of time with my family when at Home. However, a passion of mine is music. I spend a lot of my time lost in the world of music whether it be audio, live, gigs, festivals.... You will find me there!

Paul Beasley

Paul Beasley

Recruitment Manager

My name is Paul Beasley and since March 2022 I am now the Recruitment Manager at Royal Educare.

I am a Health and Social Care Management graduate from the University of South Wales with a first-class honour. I have vast experience working in the sector from a young age - working within children’s residential care. I am confident this has given me a great understanding of the demands of the social care, when sourcing and headhunting the ‘best talent’ for my clients roles. Outstanding recruitment is more than just a service, it is a partnership".

On the weekend you will often find me at the football (Come on the Bluebirds), in the pub or rolling around the house avoiding bullets from a Nerf gun whilst dressed as a Disney princess with a full face of makeup (I don’t do this for fun or alone). I have loving family, that I cherish very much.

Ieuan Thomas

Ieuan Thomas

Recruitment Partner - South Wales

I'm Ieuan Thomas and I'm a Recruitment Resourcer at Royal Educare based in Bridgend, South Wales. We are an award-winning recruitment agency offering truly dependable staffing for your health, social care organisation.

Previously I worked within a customer facing role in a local desert shop. This was fast paced role in which I learnt excellent customer care whilst developing my personal phone manner taking orders on a day to day basis. This role really helped me come out of my shell and built my confidence to make me the person I am today.

During my education I became competent in all ICT, Maths, English, Science and Basic skills.

I find myself here at Royal Educare today having gone through the kickstart scheme. This position enticed me as I have great communication and people skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Being the first point of contact on a candidates journey in to work is an extremely satisfying position to be in.

My hobbies outside of the day to day busy schedule include spending time with my friends, seeing nice places (which don't involve going on a plane - PHOBIA) and playing and watching any sport I can.

Business Support

The industry of Health & Social Care has always has always been close to my heart. From being a child and being inspired by the work our Heroes do, caring for our loved ones.

My role has changed throughout my two year journey with Royal Educare, starting within the Recruitment side of the business supplying quality staff for our clients homes looking after the most vulnerable members of society.

I am now working to support our business and our team ensuring our staff are fully compliant and ready to work with our clients.

My role is to ensure all candidates joining Royal Educare are thoroughly vetted, including right to work, enhanced DBS checks, references, training, and social care registration. Additionally, I manage weekly time-sheets, pay reports, and maintain up-to-date company policies and procedures.

In my personal life I am a mother to three children and my life is busy and all go all the time. I like to keep fit in my spare time by walking my dog, swimming and going to the gym. I like going on holiday when I am able and spending time with my family on my weekend.

Kristian Beacham

Talent Partner - Agency Social Care

My background has always been in the trades sector – predominantly undertaking most multi skilled job roles. Fast forward a few years, we began working for a company called Care & Repair. This involved fitting new bathrooms into the homes of vulnerable people. Although I love working in trades, I found myself gravitating towards supporting & assisting the elderly whilst on site.

After finding a love for supporting vulnerable people, I decided to take on sole responsibility in caring for my elderly grandparents. Understanding what it takes to be a good carer, I have since decided to join Royal Educare & transfer my skills into health & social care recruitment. The sector is under immense staffing pressures & I am so grateful to be part of a team who is truly trying to make a positive difference in the world.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with the family & maintaining my health and fitness by regularly visiting the gym.
