An introduction to Liam:
"My name is Liam Sarginson, and I am the 'newly appointed' Senior Recruitment Consultant at Royal Educare. My primary duty is working part of a fantastic team to oversee the agency care and support operations in Wales.
Specializing and being part of such a rewarding sector 'health and social care', I work in partnership with care providers to identify and provide a temporary staffing solution when needed. My purpose is and will always be to formulate strong working relationships and to provide an exceptional level of service to both candidates and clients.
My hobbies and interests include watching sport, visiting the gym regularly and spending quality time with family and friends."

It's been a pleasure watching Liam flourish and progress within his role at Royal Educare. Starting in June 2020, Liam assisted with resourcing and carrying out background checks on agency workers. Fast forward 2 years, Liam now manages a large workforce, and supports care providers ranging from children services to adults with learning disabilities. There is a bright future for Liam in recruitment and I look forward to watching him progress further in his career at Royal Educare.
